Global Template

Kristine Hung May 6, 2013

Hi,

When I insert wiki markup in global template an error occurs

Wiki Markup Conversion Errors error : Bad Request

but when I insert the same codes in other pages, even in space template I get no error and its working just fine. I am on confluence 5. Thanks.

Can you give an example of the wiki markup code used? If that is by any chance confidential, you can try narrowing down the possible problematic part by only adding the code block-by-block and see where it fails.

Peter

Hi Peter,

Here's an example code that I can use in the space template but not in the global template

Then I found out that any code that I input in the wiki markup will not work. Even inputting "hello" will give that error message mentioned in the above post. But If I use "hello" in the space template, that works.

Am I forgeting something? Maybe activating a feature to have global template accept inputs from wiki markup. I tried researching for the issue but to no avail.

Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated.
