Giving access to a User Guide created in Confluence to a non-Confluence user

Anatoly Klebanov April 29, 2014

Is it possible to create a user guide in Confluence and then give access to it to someone who does not have a Confluence license, such as a client?

Thank you!

Yes, if you give access to anonomous users.

Hi @Anatoly Klebanov,

We've released this week the new version of Share Attachments and Pages

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.keinoby.confluence.plugins.share-attachments

With this new version you can share your attachments and send your pages (your user guide) to non-Confluence users (your client).  Just generate a unique link and share it like you do in Dropbox!

Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Regards,

Gorka
