Give Client access to see a chart of status based on Jira stories but no access to Jira

Is it possible for me to show a chart in Confluence for the client to see (How many in backlog, progress, complete) BUT not to give them direct access to JIRA project. I dont want them to see the stories.

No, because the systems need the user to be able to see the data the charts are being generated from.  You need a third party to interfere - one that can read JIRA, generate reports and publish them for someone to see (hence leaking information) without access to the original data.  That has uses, but it's not supported by these systems - either you can see the data or you can't.
