Getting started with Confluence cloud service

I've just signed up and paid for 10-users Confluence accounts (cloud service). How do get started and use? I would expect to have email explaining in details of how to get started...This is not a good start already. Please assist!

You should receive an email from Atlassian. However, if you haven't (maybe because of your email filters, etc), you will find a guide to get started here.
