We have an external helpdesk system and would like to pull FAQs on our helpdesk system from a Confluence page (FAQs) standard cloud using GenAI. Is this possible? and if so, how can we achieve it?
It is possible. It's a question of APIs talking together (your AI API, Confluence API, and your helpdesk API. Our implementation provides answers directly in the product (it doesn't look like Confluence but what you see is Confluence content generated in Scroll Viewport).
Having said that, I saw similar implementations done just thru pointing AI's API to the public docs. On one demo, the company just scrapped our docs website....
Of course, with the advent of Rovo, getting your Confluence Content into JSM should be piece of cake.
