I have configured the plug-in according to instructions and created several issues. I have added planned start date and estimate to issues, added them to an active sprint in agile, etc.
My Gantt view is blank still. I can't figure out why.
Did you verify if the date range filter of the plugin itself is gathering these issues? If you expand the filter, no issues are displayed as well?
Also, after installing the plugin, have you already performed a reindex in your instance?
