Formatting single-page PDF exports

So Confluence help says 

• PDF customization only applies to space exports (not single page exports via Tools > Export to PDF, there is no way to style these exports)

Has anyone found a workaround for that?!  

If not, Atlassian please could you address this in the next release?  The exports currently look dog-ugly and aren't suitable for producing something client-facing.

Well if you want client-facing, then I would suggest Scroll (K15t) PDF export plugin. That is how we generate all of our docs.

Is there a feature request for this we can vote for? It's a huge hole, not being able to do basic branding/copyright for articles that our customers take from our site!

And on Cloud, adding Scroll PDF doesn't remove the built-in Export to PDF.
