Formatting / images / font all wrong when exporting to HTML

I am writing up documentation for my company. 

When I click export to export all of my files in a space to HTML, none of the pages seem to come out correctly. 

I have attached a screenshot below of a random page. Below it is the same page that was exported to HTML. (Some of it is blurred out)

Things I have noticed:

• The wrong font comes out in the export
• Only some of the images appear (most appear as attachments)
• The formatting is all wrong, I had columns created to separate the step number from the steps and make it look cleaner as you can see in the first screenshot. This is clearly not the case as you can see in the other two screenshots.
• The icons do not appear. Instead of the warning sign you just see (warning).
• The search bar is over on the left instead of the right where I had placed it

I tried to see what it would look like in pdf but it was taking over a half hour to export and I had to leave so I shut it down. Regardless, I need it in html or chtml.

Any ideas on how to fix this? It would be much appreciated.
