Hi,

editing pages with forms can be done with the Scaffolding Plugin:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.customware.confluence.plugin.scaffolding

It's a commercial plugin, not for free.

Cheers

Thomas

Old question, but would like to update with an answer from 2015, as of now you can use another plugin for this ConfiForms. You can create data entry forms, and use various ways to show your stored data: using lists, using cards (sort of a table), tables and anything in between (wysiwyg way)

Take a look at examples and tutorials: http://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Tutorials
