Forget the application name used to connect to jira

When I installed confluence, I connect the Confluence to JIRA for  user management .But there maybe some error,  so new JIRA user cannot be sync to confluence . So I tried to fix the problem and  changed the application name in JIRA , now I cannot to log in to the confluence because of sync fail. 

But I forget the application name that confluence configured, and cannot restore it back on jira.

Now I cannot log in to confluence and change settings. How can I do? Can I get the application name I configured on linux console, or can I create a new administrator account on linux console?
