Forbidden access to Confluence user macro documentation?!

Hi,

While trying to find out why my user macro works on some pages but not on others (Error rendering macro 'nm-tec-header-footer' : null), I've isolated it to the line:

#process ( $action.page)

For the time being, the real problem is that I cannot access the full user macro syntax documentation. While I can access:

Some of its links, e.g. (ContentEntityObject):
