Hey Rogerio,
What happens if you Flush the queue manually?
If that fails check the <Confluence Home>atlassian-confluence.log for any error that matches the time stamp of the action.
Same problem here. Nothing happens, even if I flush the queue manually.
The only way to "resolve" this issue, is to restart the Confluence service completely. This is very annoying, since we have around 300+ users online during our main hours, and a "quick restart" isn't realistic (at least not without informing everyone, waiting for a timeslot, etc.).
Any idea on how to solve this appreciated.
This appears in the log file when I try to flush manually:
2015-06-08 11:56:01,451 WARN [http-8090-14] [admin.actions.mail.ViewMailQueueAction] doFlush Queue was sending - skipped mail flush this time. -- url: /wiki/admin/mail/flushqueue.action | userName: admin | referer: https://OUR_CONFLUENCE_URL/admin/mail/flushqueue.action?atl_token=27e317547000e5702322b2d62292324c53cfa4fa | action: flushqueue
