Firefox froze and was rebooted while configureing database

Now I get a "Oops" page. I have rebooted confluence, and it is still in a bad state. No matter the url within my site for confluence, it always goes to:

http://192.168.205.142:8090/setup/setupdb.action

The link to the knowledge base goes to an empty page.
