Hello,
I am looking for a way to sort or filter our articles or pages by creation date or last updated date. Is there any option for this?
We want to be able to review and address any pages that haven't been touched in a while and have some staff change so, searching by user isn't always a viable option.
I am new to Confluence so, hopefully I am explaining this correctly.
Thanks for the help in advance.
@Whitney Goulish I'm not sure how many pages you are dealing with, but, if you're looking for a simple solution, you can sort your page tree (Content) by Last Updated.

Hello @Whitney Goulish and welcome.
Confluence Databases to the rescue. Databases are a new Confluence feature.
At Emplifi, we use it for the exact same purpose (among others). Here's a screenshot of our database.

Thank you so much Kristian for the warm welcome. Good to know we aren't alone. Are you able to point me in the right direction to find that database and then filter it appropriately?

You just need to create a new database and set up the columns' fields properly.
I'm planning to create a how to vid but it's too big for this post.

Hi @Whitney Goulish ,
You can search last updates. Here's the Atlassian doc going over what's available in Confluence search.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Benjamin. This could come in handy for other things but, in this case I don't even know what year to go back too. I am going to note that page though and how to use the advance search for other things.
