Failure message at signing up an account

Dear all

I'd like to open an account on

But the failure message below alsways pop's up, even if I've entered the correct code from the pricture, 

Failure message: "The email address provided is not from an allowed domain."

Can you help me please?

That usually means you chose to restrict the email accounts to certain domains when you set up the Cloud account.  You should be able to see (and change) that at - make sure your email matches the rules there.

If you have not got the domains restricted there, then you should contact Atlassian Cloud support at - there have been a couple of times when the restrictions appear to kick in but don't actually get the right domains
