Failed to enable add-on Gliffy Confluence Plugin

I'm getting a failure to load Gliffy under Conf OnDemand. After importing a space, I realized that I needed to add Gliffy to my OnDemand account (unknown macro {Gliffy}) - I added Gliffy to my Conf OnDemand, turned the application access off and on, and tried to enable the plugin manually in the Manage Add-on area.

Hi Roger,

When you say you "added Gliffy to my Conf OnDemand", do you mean that you added it via https://my.atlassian.com? If yes, could you please open a Support case with us inthe OnDemand Support project referencing this issue and we'll look into it for you?

Yes, that's right - I activated it on my OnDemand trial.

Thanks, I created the ticket.
