Failed to Install Balsamiq Plugin

I get the error below when trying to install the Balsamiq plugin for Confluence...any ideas?

Failed to install add-on plugin_5216563379415803770_mockupsConfluence-2.2.10.obr

This add-in had a large blob size, which exceeded MySql’s packet size. Had increase its packet size to finish the install.
