Can you post your customizations? Have they ever worked for you or are they just not functional now?

To see how it works I used very simple html:

<h1>title</h1>

<h1>header</h1>

<h1>footer</h1>

I tied using plain text (no html) as well. Same result. Title and header are there. Footer isn't.

I'm using the custom pdf-export from the space Tools-menue. Any ideas?
