I think the question is more "what can wikimedia import"

Confluence can export to XML (either by space in a generalised xml, or a more "backup of the whole of confluence for moving the whole thing" format), word type documents, HTML or pdf.

There are other exporters for other formats available in the marketplace as well.

Whether any of these might be suitable for wikimedia import, I can't answer, I don't know it.
