Expand All Button - make content hidden under expand macros searchable - Confluence cloud

I've created a number of pages with lots of content expandable using the Expand macro so that the page isn't a massive block of text. The downside, however, is that the content isn't searchable.
Is there a way to make all the content on a given page (including the content hidden under expand macros) searchable?
Is it possible to add an Expand All macro?

We have a feature request below for the ability to search within expand macros:

• CONFCLOUD-37259 Ability to search within collapsed macros

There's also not a way to expand all of the expand macros on a page, but you may want to vote for and follow the feature requests below:

• CONFCLOUD-62281 Expand/Collapse macro - option to default show expand or collapse
• CONFCLOUD-62282 Expand/Collapse macro - option for "expand/collapse all" within page
• CONFCLOUD-27077 Option to display expand macro expanded/collapsed on page load
