Even with the access given by the account administrator, I am not able to view the pages in Confluen

I received access to two folders that are created in Confluence by the company where I work:

But when I click on the button to view the pages (Visualizar página), Confluence responds that I have already requested access:

The problem is that the access has already been granted and, even so, I am not able to access the pages.

Has anyone ever experienced this? Please could you help me?

Is there bt any chance that these 2 folders are nested under another level of folder(s) that has a different permission setup?
