not sure if anyone can help me. I has a user who cannot login, it worked on Thursday but since Friday he hasn't be able to login to Confluence. He has the relevant permssions and access to the correct groups. Attempting to update his password also fails or make any changes in confluence to his groups also errors.
I am stumped what to do :( He seems to be the only one who gets it.
It looks like there is something wrong with their account in your Active Directory.
