Error to import .zip file from old Confluence Environment

Hello, I'm having a problem to migrate our Confluence Environment. I saw several Tutorials, I already get the backup file from old environment, but when I try to upload it on the new Environment return an Error without any specification. So I don't know what I've to do...

Can you help me?

@Carlos Severo Since you are migrating from Server to Cloud you should just use the Confluence Cloud migration assistant.   https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/use-the-confluence-cloud-migration-assistant-to-migrate/

If you are going to go from cloud to cloud you will need to follow this guide.  https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/migrating-from-confluence-cloud-to-confluence-cloud-691011969.html You will go from cloud to server and back to cloud.

@Carlos Severo could you inform the confluence version used to generate the zip file ?

Thanks

Hey Nicolas, how are you?!

Can you inform where I get this information?!

Thanks

When you mention "the old environment" are you referring to a another cloud instance or a zip file generated form a confluence server version ? if it is a server version, can you tell me the version.

Regards

Nicolas
