Error message deleting users

Hello,

I'm unable to delete users in Confluence On-Demand. The error message I'm getting is below:

Can this be fixed? I should have all the relevant permissions and we're approaching the limit on our license.

Hi Fraser,

To delete the user you need to belong to the administrators group.

If you already belongs to this group and you still receiving this error message it seems an OnDemand bug, as you can see on the following link:

TA Request generated in Horde fails to be validated

The workaround for this bug at this moment, is removing all groups from the user and the application access, doing it, the user will not be able to login and the user’s license will be released :)
