Yesterday I added into a Confluence Page the "Filter Results" Macro.
I configured it and it was working fine.
But today, when I try to add new Fields so they can be viewed, I can't save it (It's not working)
Could You please provide assistance?

I just had the same issue as you did. I don't know if this is still an existing issue but I managed to find a workaround for this issue and wanted to share it with you. The only way in which I managed to delete/modify/rearrange issues in the "Filter Results" macro (in confluence) was to access the "Source Editor" from the edit mode of a page, and in the code, in the "filter results" part of the code to delete/rearrange the fields in the way I wanted.
Check the screenshot to see how to find the "Source Editor".
