Hi there,

The error java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host (Host unreachable) is a network issue.  Please check:

• If there is a reverse proxy blocking the connection
• If there is a firewall in place blocking the port

Your Confluence cannot reach the internet to check the supported versions.

To get rid of the message, either allow it on to the internet, or disable the attempt to check by the workaround in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-45560

Yes, because you've not allowed it to connect.

You need to reconfigure your network to allow the outgoing connection to the marketplace servers.
