Please go to Confluence Admin > Manage Add-Ons and ensure that these System Plugins and their modules are enabled:

  • Atlassian Soy Templates
  • Confluence Soy Templates Support

Hi ,

Thanks for your inputs .

I tried logging in as Admin in the dashboard screen , Confluence Admin is frozen(it is not redirecting to any page while clicked)

To resolve this error is there a way to enable plugins than logging into application

The dashboard links are irrespeonsive this prevents me from Clicking Confluence Admin > Manage Add-Ons

You can go to http://<confluence-url>/admin/console.action to go to Confluence Admin

I was able to view the admin console but When i Clicked Manage Addons --> Show System Plugins

The page is not redirecting anywhere .The URL got changed to http://ip:port//confluence/plugins/servlet/upm#

It should show the system plugins. If it's not showing, try to follow the workarounds in this kb: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Comment+Box+Disappears%3A+%24soyTemplateRendererHelper.getRenderedTemplateHtml
