End of Life expiry error shows up this morning after Confluence was upgraded to 6.3.1


Recently we upgraded Confluence from 5.10.7 to 6.3.1. But this morning we got the End of Life expiry error and looking under the Support Tools the result of the error is "The health check was unable to complete within the timeout of 60000ms". Please advise how to fix this error message.
The current setup we have for Confluence is using a Windows servers with a PostgreSQL database.

Can you let us know if you happen to be running Confluence behind a proxy?

Appears a few users are still having this issue when behind a proxy, and there are details there on how to remedy it.
