Editing left nav in confluence

We have a section in confluence where we keep meeting minutes, and it is getting long.  I have been asked to find a way to only show the latest 10 child pages in the left nav, and have the full list show on the parent page for meeting minutes.  Is it possible to limit the child pages that show in the left nav for confluence?
