what permission is needed and where do you go to edit the top of the wiki pages, in that area we have choices to spaces, current support person says he can't figure out where to make that change

No I don't think this is going to be right - Its not a space that needs editing, its at the top of the wiki near the company icon. Its over every space. Can I send you a screen shot?

Hi Cindy,

For editing a page template you should have space administrator permission.
