Edit in Office link doesn't work

Hi All,

I would like to ask for your help: in our Confluence we cannot edit the attached excel files via the Edit in Office link. When we click on that link, a popup show up and warn to download a Firefox extension. We let the FF to download the extension but it always fails: it says it cannot reach the server.

Do you know which extension do we need? We can maybe download it manually, I guess..

Or any suggestion?

we had the same problem once. Try this:
