Every time i edit the template, the page will crash ,and just left the blank editor,and it not work too.

not only hanppend for me or specific Space，it happend to every user and every template。

I have install same thrid-part plugin before i got this message, and follow the advise the ticket give.

I clean the plugin dict, and flush the confluence cache, and adjust the the plugin load timeout ,  enter the safe mode . 

After done this, it still not work .

Can you please post the information from the support ticket here? Only you and the Atlassian support can access it.

What does the page look like if you look at the source code? 

Can you still edit normal pages? Have you reindex and maybe even restarted Confluence after uninstalling the plugin?

Thank you for the new Support.zip, screenshots and the error text attachment. I've looked into the new Support.zip and it doesn't seem to give many hints to me what could have gone wrong from the error logs.

So I would like to take a step back and look into some other information or possibility I can think of. This is to make sure we don't miss out any possibility that might have caused this issue.

Database Collation Health Check

As I mentioned before for the health check in the first Support.zip you've sent. Your database health check is not

Customization and Theme

I do notice you have some custom HTML being set to your Confluence instance. Although it might be just a minor change, but I would like to double confirm they are not the cause for our issue now.
Please kindly clear all the customization and use the Default Theme for Confluence in the meantime and see if you can edit any templates after that.

Third-party Theme Plugin

You mentioned before a third-party theme was installed, and then have been uninstalled from your Confluence. That is around when this issue starts to happen. To get a better understanding with this, can you list me the detailed steps on how you uninstall the theme plugin? have you removed anything from the file system or from the database?

Updating Universal Plugin Manager

From one of your latest screenshot listing your user-installed plugins. I see that the Universal Plugin Manager has an update available to it. Please update it and make sure the other plugins are up to date in your Confluence.

Generating HAR file when replicating the issue

If you have done all the above steps and you still have issue editing the Templates, please replicate this issue while from your browser. Kindly do save any information that's shown in the Console tab as well and attach it to this ticket. 
 Do let me know if you need help on generating a HAR file when you replicate the issue. I can list down the steps in detail.

Kindly send me the result of your HAR file as well as a new Support.zip if the issue still persists.
