I'm troubleshooting an issue that a few of our users are having. When using the Edit Document feature, the documents are opening read-only. Most of our users don't have this issue.

They are Office 2007, IE8. Regardless of the user logging in and attempting this feature on their system, they consistenty have docs opened in read-only mode. We've checked that they are a SP2 and am now looking for other browser options that might be set that is causing this.

Any ideas are most welcome.
