Hello

We have been using Confluence free trial version for a while, and suddenly due to space being idle for few months and inactivity I see all of the data /content in 2 of our spaces is lost.

Can you please help recover the data as space still exists? We can upgrade to paid account if needed, however we very much need the space data to be recovered. Please help

Thanks

@Nitasha Uprit Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

You can review this page for the details (https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/), but, basically,

  • Your site is deactivated after 120 days of inactivity (no one even logged on)
  • Atlassian retains your data for 60 days (in some cases 15 days) after deactivation (See Data retention period section on the page)

If you are still within the data retention timeframe, your Atlassian Site Admin can contact Atlassian Support to reactivate your Site. Once your data is deleted, however, Atlassian cannot restore it.
