You have not told us what addon it is (addon-paco is not enough, it's not got any vendor or addon name in it. Link to the addon's marketplace entry?)

No problem. It's ok when it's one people are more familiar with, but there are hundreds now, and most of us don't know them when the tags are simple like that. Hopefully, someone from the vendor is monitoring that tag and will pick up this question soon. In the mean time, my partial answer is 1. The vendor has said 5.6, so you should work on the assumption that it's not going to work on 5.7 2. It *might* work though. You could try a manual upload via Manage addons -> upload plugin and see what happens. Obviously, in a TEST environment. I've worked with a lot of plugins that don't say they work on <latest> but are absolutely fine. It's just a case that the vendor had not had time to test them and hence didn't want to set the flag 3. It's well worth poking the vendor. Hopefully, they'll see this question, and hopefully it really is just "we haven't tested it yet" and it all works fine.
