After the upgrade, autocomplete list not show up in the Confluence. This is very unfriendly. I have to enter the email completely and lose time. This problem is not in the JIRA. Look at the two images in the application.
Артем, are you saying that when trying to share something, the list of users when typing doesn't pop up anymore (meaning that no user is found)? If that so, this is happening because after the last maintenance Confluence People directory appears to be empty. Fortunately, this can be resolved by rebuilding the index. Therefore, I'd recommend you to create a ticket under support.atlassian.com so we can fix this problem for you.
