Does Atlassian products support installations on virtualised environments hosted on Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V?

There is actually nothing preventing from setting up the products on a virtualized environment. For me Jira runs on a Virtual PC and Confluence runs on a Virtual Box. Of course with hardware virtualizaTion enabled. And both runs great.

Figured as much, but wading through the documentation about support it just sounds like Atlassian and crew focused on the performance for VMware. Was hoping to hear if anyone did a side-by-side comparision and didn't notice any major performance differences.
