Displaying Biggantt with a Confluence's Macro, but the preview window is blank

When attempting to add the macro to a confluence page, the preview window is blank. Same issue as SUPPORT-315076. 

Anyone from the community know how to fix this ?

Thank you for replying so fast. I'm actually not a developer myself. I don't know how to get these infos to be honnest. Tried little bit but couldn't find what I'm looking for. If other members had the same issue before, could you tell me what did they do to fix it ? I could just do the same as others did.
