Disassociate attachments between tabs

Ilona Melnychuk July 4, 2019

Hello,

I need to be able to delete/add an attachment in one tab and for this not be replicated in other tabs.

Right now, I have document A, B, C and D in Tab 1. All these documents are also in Tabs 2, 3 and 4 . When I delete document A in any tab, this is replicated in the others.

How can I add/delete documents in one tab and for this not to be replicated in the others?

Thank you,

Ilona

What do you mean by "tabs"?  What are you actually looking at in Confluence?

Tabs from the Macros. As in, I added a Tabs Container and then Tabs Page(s)

These are not native macros in Confluence.  Please could you explain what macros you are using, what the app providing them is, and what you see when you say "they are replicated"?

Hi Nic,

App: Confluence

Macros used:

Edit> Insert more content> Tabs Container

Edit> Insert more content> Tabs Page

Replicated:

I made 2 tabs. I attach a file in the first tab. It also gets attached in second tab. I only want it to be under the tab where I attached it.

I have this same problem.  I have 4 tabs horizontally on my page and I want to use the Attachments macro on each page, with only the files that pertain to that [TabName] on the list.

(Each of the 4 tabs would have different lists)
