Hi,
I am trying to understand where a discrepancy in the number of listed group users between Confluence Space Permissions and the Global Group Settings is coming from and hope you can offer some insight.
In the permissions for a specific Confluence Space, there are 32 Jira service desk users and 38 Jira software users listed:
However, in the Global Group settings there are only 2 service desk users and 10 jira software users:
I am trying to figure out where the 32 and 38 listed users come from and see exact details.
The number of users in the rest groups are correct between the two levels
Would be grateful for any guidance.
Have found a listed known issue that describes the same problem:

Hi @Darina Lubomirova ,
The users count which is shown will be including the active and inactive users. So that might be the reason where you are seeing the mismatch in the count.

Hi @Sravan Indukur
Many thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately, even if I add the inactive users (which are only a couple) the numbers still don't add up.
