Difference between "Resolved" and "Released to Server"

As I am looking through the release notes documentation, I notice that there are some bugs that have a status of "Resolved" and some with a status of "Released to Server". Can anyone give me an idea of the difference between those statuses?

It depends on you workflow. You will have to check with the JIRA admins/project managers.

I am assuming that "Released to Server" means the change is now deployed.
