Design a page in confluence using table and background colors

I have been given the task to design this page in confluence, please can anyone guide me. I cannot set background color .. what is the best approach?

Done! using Section, panel and colum macros.


I don't understand. What background are you trying to change? The status colum?

Have you looked at the status macro?

That should give you the status colors your are looking for.

Or are you taking about the background on the heading?

You'll have to drop some custom css into Connie to handle that.

I don't see much on this page that requires a lot of customization.

well first of all if you insert table it automatically sets its margin, for that do I have to edit default css? Also, how can you set the custom background color of cell ?
