I renamed all three attachments to my page entitled "Opening the Sales Activity Module and Logging In."

But, when I go to Space Tools > Content Tools > Attachments, an image still appears in the list with its auto-generated name "image2015-7-14 15:0:32.png" and an indication that it's attached to the "Opening the Sales Activity Module and Logging In" page.

And, when I click the image link, I get a Page Not Found

Is there any way to clean this up, so that when I go to the Attachments list, only current attachments show up?
