Defining a variable in a page

Hello,

Is there a way to define a variable in Confluence and pass its value to some macros in the same page?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,

Gianni

Hi Gianni,

The easiest way is to use the run macro:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.swift.confluence.run

You could also do it using a user macro, but it would be much more complicated.

Best regards,

Stephen

Indeed the run macro is a good solution, thank you!
