Default Group problems

Hey everyone,

I have a small big problem.. In my confluence platform in this moment a have 3 default groups, what is not ok. this 3 groups are: JIRA-users (this one is ok), confluence-recognos and recognos-users.

So what I want to do is: 

• to remove recognos-users group, not to be a defapult group, I want to be just a simple simple group like other groups;
• and the confluence-recognos wich is the group who grant the access to confluence to rename it into the "confluence-users"

I need to do this settings sooner is possible, can you help me guys?! 

Or can you propose me another option to reach the same result?
