Cyrillic letters are not displayed properly after DB migration in confluence
We are trying to migrate DB from one Windows server (Windows 7) to another Windows server (Windows 10) with PosgreSQL 9.4 installed using full xml backup. However once the migration was completed Cyrillic (Russian) letters became encoded and not displayed properly but English letters are totally fine
