Hi
Could someone give me a tip on how to customize the login page that is used when SSO (Authentication method SAML) is enabled? Currently we see the Confluence logo, a button for SSO access and a link to the standard login page.
Sorry, I don't have the option to upload a screenshot at the moment.
Thanks for your help!
URL example:
https://my.confluence.com/login.action?os_destination=%2Findex.action&permissionViolation=true
Hi Andrea.
If you are using Confluence server, you might be able to customize the bundled SAML plugin to change what's shown in the UI. You'll need to download the version of SAML plugin that you are using from https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216096/sso-for-atlassian-data-center/version-history?versionHistoryHosting=dataCenter and extract the file. There should be CSS files from the extracted file that you can change the login content (it might the "login-page-ui.css" file located at atlassian-authentication-plugin-4.3.11\frontend directory).
After making the change, you may recompile the jar file and install the custom jar file to your Confluence server to check whether the changes works. You'll need to test this out in a test server first.

Hi Vicknesh
Thank you very much for your input and the very precise explanation!
But if we can only adjust CSS anyway, I'll try using custom CSS somehow.
Best regards,
Andrea

Hi @andrea schneider ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Currently, there is no way to customize the login page or to enable/disable any login option, however, we do have an existing feature request which aims to allow Org Admin to customize the login options:
We also suggest voting for the feature requests and also add yourself as a watcher to receive the latest updates.
I apologize that we don't have a way to alter this further, please let me know if there are any other questions I can assist with. Thank you for getting in touch with us. Have a great day!
