Customize PDF Exports

When exporting a page with a table to PDF and the table continues down multiple pages, the top title row of the table only appears on the first page.

I am looking for the HTML code to enter into the 'PDF Stylesheet' to customize the PDF export and ensure the top row of the table appears on every page.
