One of our customers is interested in using Confluence for managing their requirements (currently managed in Excel).
I want to know if there are any printed customer stories (pro's & con's) that can be used when discussion requirements management in Confluence (in combination with JIRA).
Their needs are not unique, they need hierarchy, traceability, searchability, support for parallel development of requirements, version handling etc...
I'm just curious if there are any customer references out there, it might strengthen our case.

We have several case studies in progress with zAgile Wikidsmart (see Wikidsmart PM at www.zAgile.com - a plug-in to Confluence and platform for content interchange between Confluence, JIRA and other tools and applications). Or just let me know if there are any specific questions or contacts that could help.
