Hi All
I need help in creating custom labels in JIRA after I accept user's country in confluence form.
In confluence form I ask user to enter the country he/she belongs based on which I want to write a label in JIRA ticket.
Example: confluence form details
Summary: This is my test ticket
Country: India
Description: I am creating a ticket to test my confluence form.
JIRA details
When a JIRA ticket is created, I want to see projectname_India in the labels field.
Can someone help?
How have you built your form in Confluence? Do you use some kind of a plugin for this?

<div class="description">
